This document is a public offer from WORLD SELECT SERVICE Japan to enter into a contract for the purchase of a digital product — a travel guide to Japan.
1. General Information
Seller: Sole Proprietor Alla Takada, registered in Tokyo, Japan
Buyer: Any individual who places an order and pays for the digital product
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller provides the Buyer with a digital travel guide after successful payment.
3. Payment
Payment is made securely through Stripe. Upon payment, the Buyer receives a download link via the provided email address.
4. Disclaimer
The Seller is not responsible for any inability to use the product due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., technical issues on the user's side).
5. Refund Policy
Since the product is digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are only possible in case of technical issues or failure to access the product.
